A passionate educator and lifelong devotee to the arts, Jeanetta C. Powell, is thrilled to announce the upcoming launch of Rhythmic Roots Preschool, a unique preschool program focused on integrating performing arts into early childhood education. Opening its doors in September 2024, Rhythmic Roots Preschool, in collaboration with Bull City Music School, promises a nurturing and stimulating environment where young minds can blossom through the power of music, movement, and creative expression.
Jeanetta brings a wealth of experience to this exciting new venture. As a seasoned teacher, she has fostered a love of learning in countless young students. With a personal dedication to lifelong learning in the arts, she understands the profound impact artistic exploration can have on a child's development.

A Soft Launch with Rhythmic Roots Summer Camp
Parents eager to get a taste of the Rhythmic Roots experience can enroll children ages 3-5 in the upcoming summer camp program. "Our summer camp is a fantastic opportunity for families to experience the joy of music and movement firsthand," says Jeanetta. "It's a chance for children to explore their creativity, make new friends, and discover the magic of artistic expression in a playful and supportive environment." Rhythmic Roots Preschool Opens in September
The Rhythmic Roots Preschool program officially opens in September 2024 for ages 3-5. Space is expected to fill quickly, so interested parents are encouraged to complete the Preschool Interest Form and secure their child's spot in this innovative and inspiring preschool program.

Music Together Classes for Ages 0-5
Bull City Music School proudly offers Music Together as a series of classes for children 0-5 years old and their caregivers that run year-round in 8-week sessions (Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer). Each week in Music Together® Mixed-Age Classes, babies, toddlers, preschoolers, and the grownups who love them®, gather for 45 minutes of fun-filled family music time. Your teacher will lead you and the other families in music activities ranging from lullabies to full-on jam sessions (with child-friendly instruments, of course). It’s so much fun you won’t realize how much learning is taking place!
