Ninja Classes for Toddlers and Parents
Sidekicks is a captivating class for kids 2.5 up to 3 year-olds, encouraging little Ninjas to engage with their peers as they warm up and practice their physical and social skills! The coaches, along with parents, will guide the "sidekicks" through an easy to navigate obstacle course - no ninja experience required! The children feel great about themselves as they practice and improve gross motor skills, balance and agility.

Ninja Classes for Kids
Ninja fitness classes give kids, ages 4 to 8 and 9 to 12 years old, an immersive experience into the sport of Ninja. Children are introduced to a variety of obstacles and an interactive learning program. Your child will have a blast while learning fitness and life skills.

Neuro-Divergent Ninjas | 6+ years | 60 minutes | $37.50 per class, billed monthly
Our Neurodivergent Ninja class is designed for athletes who thrive with more individualized attention and a flexible approach to learning. This class provides a safe, supportive environment where kids can explore movement, build confidence, and enjoy ninja training at their own pace. While maintaining a gentle structure, our coaches offer freedom of choice and movement - adapting activities to fit each child’s unique needs and interests. Whatever your child’s neurodivergence may be, our caring and patient coaches are ready and eager to create a positive, empowering experience for every ninja.
Note: If you have a ND child younger than 6, you are welcome to join the Sidekicks or Junior Ninja classes!

Parent's Night Out
Starting in June, we’ll be hosting PNO every other weekend from 5:15–7:45 PM for $43 per child. Kids will enjoy ninja games, obstacle courses, open gym time, and pizza and drinks with friends while parents get a well-deserved evening off!

Birthday Parties (Ages 2-13)
A Ninja Party is an action-packed celebration where kids can unleash their inner ninja! Your child and their friends will enjoy supervised access to our obstacle courses and fun skill stations, led by our awesome instructors. We strike the perfect balance between free play and organized obstacle challenges!
Party Breakdown (2 Hours Total):
- 15 minutes to arrive and decorate your party area
- 1 hour of high-energy fun on the gym floor
- 45 minutes in a private party area for food, cake, and celebration
Commitment-Free Trial We offer a risk free trial for all new ninjas. What this means is if your child didn't enjoy their first class, just let us know at the end of your first class, we'll un-enroll you and not charge you a dime. |
Children can begin classes ANYTIME but classes do fill!
We do not run sessions and new children start every week. Our memberships run month to month and the most common question we get is "is it too late to sign up?". The answer is no, we have all levels of ability in our classes and challenge each child at their level.
