USA Ninja Challenge is a year-round obstacle course training program that combines basic skill sets from gymnastics, climbing, cross training and track & field. The sport of Ninja is quickly becoming the most fun and creative way to meet the physical needs of today’s kids! USA Ninja Challenge is open to boys and girls ages 2 to 17.
Ninja Classes for Ages 2.5 - 17
Our classes, open to boys and girls ages 2.5 to 17, are structured into six levels. Each level offers a variety of progressions, drills, and challenges, tailored to nurture each child's unique abilities. This approach ensures that every child progresses at their own pace, celebrating each milestone with a sense of accomplishment.
Kids Can Start Anytime – We Meet Them Where They Are!
Students can join our program at any time—there’s no need to wait for a new session to begin. We welcome new kids every week and work with all ability levels. Our experienced coaches tailor instruction to each child’s skill and comfort level, ensuring they feel challenged and supported from day one.

We offer a No Obligation Trial for all new ninjas. What this means is if your child didn't enjoy their first class, just let us know at the end of your first class, we'll un-enroll you and not charge you a dime.
When School is Out, Ninja's In!
USA Ninja Challenge offers an exciting day camp experience! Our camp program focuses on building confidence through fun and fitness. Kids will test their limits in a safe environment, navigating obstacles with children their age.

Summer Camp
Offered for ages 6-12 weekly from June 8 - August 21 from 8:30-3:30 with optional early drop off and aftercare.
General enrollment for our 2026 Summer Camps opens January 15, 2026 at 12:00 PM (noon). Last year, all camp spots filled within two hours of opening.
Ninja Birthday Parties
Your children and their friends will have supervised access to obstacle courses and fun skill stations. Our instructors provide a balance of free play and organized obstacle runs. Kids will have the option to run Ninja competitions or try their hand at our fun and challenging obstacles! Ninja parties are 1.5 hours long. The first hour of the party is spent in the gym with a coach who will organize obstacle course challenges and some free play time. The last half hour is spent in the lobby at the party table area for refreshments and presents.
