Guidelines:
- If your business is currently listed with only basic information, submit a new directory listing. The basic version will be deleted when the new listing is approved.
- Only owners or authorized employees of the business should submit a directory listing.
- The business must be located in Durham, Chapel Hill or Carrboro (some exceptions may apply). You are welcome to email rachelc@macaronikid.com before entering your business information to clarify.
- Our audience is local families. Macaroni KID reserves the right to refuse any listing for any reason.
- Listings are typically reviewed and approved within 48 hours. Feel free to email us at rachelc@macaronikid.com after submission to alert us for quicker turnaround.
- Please do not use all capital letters. Approval of submissions requiring extra formatting or editing may be delayed.

UPGRADED LISTINGS include all the information in a free listing plus:

- Premium placement in results - Upgraded listings appear in alphabetic order at the top of directory category pages (free listings appear in alphabetical order below upgraded listings).
Introductory pricing (expires March 31, 2024)
- $75/year for placement on the Durham site
- $99/year for placement on two sites: Durham and Chapel Hill/South Durham
FEATURED LISTINGS include all the information in a free listing plus:
- Logo
- Images
- Premium placement in results - Featured listings appear with upgraded listings in alphabetic order at the top of directory category pages (free listings appear in alphabetical order below upgraded listings).
- Premium placement at the top of category pages - Feature listings have their logo and description at the top of the directory category page before the results.
- "Featured Business" Carousel on the Business Directory's main page - Featured listing's logo and description appear in rotation.

To purchase Upgraded or Featured Listings:
- Enter your business information here. We will review and approve your free directory listing.
- Email your logo and images to rachelc@macaronikid.com. Logo should be 960 x 960 square. Images should be 1200 x 840. They will rotate in a slideshow format.
- We will email you an invoice. The annual fee is due in full at the time of publication of the upgraded or featured listing. Annual fees do not autorenew. If you later purchase an advertising plan that includes upgraded or featured directory listings, your annual fee will be prorated and applied to the advertising plan.
